Battle of the Dying of the Light is a piece of ambient, durational theatre that imagines the corpse of a whale on the ocean floor as a war-torn battlefield. Over the course of 14 days, 37 Looe Street hosts a changing display of drawings and scenography, made visible and invisible by shifting light and colour. Alongside, a schedule of performances, livestreams and projections magnify moments of the narrative to an ecology of audiences.
