Synopsis
Battle of the Dying of the Light is a piece of ambient, durational theatre that imagines the corpse of a whale on the ocean floor as a war-torn battlefield. Over the course of 14 days, 37 Looe Street hosts a changing display of drawings and scenography, made visible and invisible by shifting light and colour. Alongside, a schedule of performances, streams and projections magnify moments of the narrative to an ecology of audiences.

Purchasing guide
Limited 1 of 1 signed A5 giclee prints of the drawings will be available for £40 on 24 & 25 Oct only.
If audience member wishes to purchase print, audience member gestures toward specific drawing and says: “I claim this piece”, “this part is mine” or equivalent. Performer in space will remove specific drawing from wall and exchange print with audience member for cash.
A mechanism for remote purchasing will also be estbalished.
